I do my best to please every customer, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue and get you the quality product you paid for. As my favors are custom made, I do not accept returns.

Due to death or serious injuries and accident, family/business partner will notify the client with a proof.

Wedding cancellation will not be refunded. 

In any case of not being able to deliver Refunds will be given but not immediate. 

My products are handmade. Please allow for slight variation from what is shown in the shop photos. Colours may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences. Embellishments and paper patterns may vary depending on what is available at that moment
