Due to death or serious injuries and accident, family/business partner will notify the client with a proof.

Wedding cancellation will not be refunded. 

Due to COVID-19, orders placed will not be allowed refund, changes made to date will be case by case basis depending on availability

In any case of not being able to deliver Refunds will be given but not immediate. Grieving time will be allowed.

My products are handmade. Please allow for slight variation from what is shown in the shop photos. Colours may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences. Embellishments and paper patterns may vary depending on what is available at that moment.
